Balanced Health Medical Center provides secure, HIPAA-compliant medical weight loss and performance medicine telehealth services across 48 U.S. States and the District of Columbia through our integrated Qualiphy clinician network. We are legally authorized to evaluate clinical charts, conduct virtual consultations, and route prescriptions to state-licensed pharmacies nationwide.

Permitted States of Operation

Our multi-state provider network is actively registered, licensed, and credentialed to treat patients physically located in the following regions:

  • A – C: Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut
  • D – I: Delaware, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa
  • K – M: Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana
  • N – O: Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon
  • P – T: Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah
  • V – W: Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming

Geographic Service Restrictions

Please note that due to state-level administrative licensing restrictions, our clinical telehealth network is completely unavailable to residents or individuals physically located within the following states:

  • Alabama
  • Mississippi

Transactions or intakes initiated with a billing or shipping address located in a restricted state will be automatically blocked at checkout to maintain network compliance.
